Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Amsyncapital Sdn Bhd ("Synlinker", "we", "us"), a company registered in Malaysia. By creating an account or using synlinker.com you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and all content published on your bio page.
• One person or business per account. Usernames are allocated first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or remain unused on inactive accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Synlinker to publish or link to content that:

• is illegal under Malaysian law, or promotes illegal activity;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or operates a scam (including phishing and fake investment schemes);
• infringes intellectual property rights of others;
• contains malware or attempts to compromise visitors' devices or data;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, promotes violence, or harasses others;
• impersonates another person, brand or organisation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Anyone can flag a page via our report form.

3. Plans, billing and trials

• The Free plan is free forever, with feature limits shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed as a recurring subscription in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) at the prices shown at checkout.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without charge.
• You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate the service (including showing your public bio page and generating link previews). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

5. Bookings and payments between you and your visitors

Appointment bookings, product sales and payment links on a bio page are transactions between the page owner and the visitor. Synlinker provides the tools but is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee the goods or services offered by page owners.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Synlinker available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Synlinker is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Sections that by nature should survive (content licence for backups, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
